Kundalini Cardio: How to Use Movement and Mantra to Manifest Your Deepest Desires

Manifest Your Dreams and Tap into Your Soul’s Purpose

What if I told you I have a magical recipe that I have been using for years to manifest my dreams and tap into my soul’s purpose? You’d have to try it, right? Well, keep reading to learn how you can combine a cardio workout with mantra to do just that. It’s a simple recipe that gives BIG results.

There is a special place our consciousness goes to and a new height our frequency reaches when we get our blood flowing just right while simultaneously tapping into sacred sound. The ideas flow like a river, we feel powerful, strong, and energized, and we exude the joy frequency from the inside out. The technique I’m about to share is a great complement to your yoga and meditation practice. This is also a great way to burn fat.

This is an especially good recipe for those of you who have trouble meditating and quieting the mind. You can experience the same clarity, vision, and higher consciousness by moving, getting into your body, and tapping into the frequency of the mantra music and creative consciousness.

Here is my step-by-step guide and link to my specially curated playlist:

Step One: Get Moving

Pick a cardio workout of your choice; something you can get into. My workout of choice is the elliptical. You want to pick something you can stick with for at least 30 minutes. It can be the treadmill, bicycle, outdoor jog, or anything else that will get your heart pumping. You won’t hit the “sweet spot” of higher consciousness and frequency until you get to the 15–20-minute mark and then once you get there, you can stay there as long as you’d like—AT LEAST 30 minutes total. I usually do 45 minutes.

Make sure you don’t over do it by going above your target heart rate. You need to stay within your target heart rate to reach the sweet spot, and, an added bonus is that it will also help you burn fat. Don’t get your heart rate up too high. Stick to the higher end of your target heart rate and make sure you’re breaking a sweat and getting a good workout.

Step Two: Add Mantra Music

I use a specially curated mantra music playlist that I am happy to share with you so you can reap its benefits too. You can access the playlist here.

The following is the list of mantras and their meanings:

1.      Jai Te Gang – Remove Negativity Preventing Prosperity

2.      Ek Ong Kar – Be Happy

3.      Hari Hari – Achieve Wealth

4.      Chatara Chakara Varti – Protection, Courage, and Fearlessness

5.      I Am – This is a beautiful song I included to help you tap into your powerful I AM presence

6.      Sat Nam Ji – Helps you tap into your inner truth and move from the darkness to the light

7.      Sat Narayan – Mantra to create inner peace so it can be projected into the world, along with happiness and good fortune

8.      Aad Such – Mantra for removing blocks and obstacles to get you un-stuck

9.      Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad – Mantra for expansion – this will expand whatever you’re focusing on. Don’t listen to this mantra if you’re focusing on anything negative.

10.   Pavan Guru – Power up your life-force energy

Step Three: Feel and Visualize your Desires

Once you hit the sweet spot at the 15–20-minute mark, start to feel and visualize your desires as if they’re happening in that moment. You will be tapped into a higher frequency at this point, and you will feel the joy and creativity that come along with that.

If you feel completely tapped into the joy frequency, and you’re easily visualizing and feeling your greatest desires, listen to the Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad Mantra while this is happening, and you will expand even more.

Once you maintain this frequency, you will tap into the creative consciousness within and around you and ideas will begin to flow to you. I will usually create a note on my phone as this is happening, so I don’t forget the ideas. You can also write them down as soon as you finish but make sure you note them somehow while you’re still in this space or you will forget them.

That’s it: get your body moving, add mantra music, and feel and visualize your desires
