I am a humanitarian at heart and spent nearly 15 years working in nonprofit management for amazing organizations but after going through my spiritual awakening in 2020, I discovered that the work I was doing was no longer in alignment with my life’s purpose. I am infinitely grateful that I have the opportunity to utilize my humanitarian heart and serve others while doing what I love.

It is a 90-day custom healing journey to reduce stress and anxiety with Reiki & Kundalini Yoga. We will meet every two weeks and sessions will consist of energy healing, readings, and custom Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.

Reiki Healing, Reading, and
Integration Session

Experience deep relaxation, peace, and healing with a 2.5-hour Reiki Healing, Energy Reading, and Integration Session. You will be guided through a releasing and intention-setting exercise followed by Shamballa Reiki healing using light touch to cleanse and balance your chakras for deep healing and stress relief.

You will receive insight into where and why you are experiencing energy blockages and what you can do to continue the healing process at home. You will leave feeling lighter and more peaceful.
